Entry to the campsite is permitted until 6:00 PM. Visitors with bookings for night stays must arrive before 6:00 PM, as entry after this time will not be allowed.

After check-out, the Campsite staff will inspect the rooms/tents for any damages. Visitors will be liable to pay for any damages found.
Indian Nationals: Valid proof of identity, such as an original Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Passport, is required for the primary guest, secondary guest, and all other guests. Additionally, all guests must adhere to the check-in process.
Payment Terms:
Visitors are required to pay 100% of the room/tent rate in advance at the time of booking. The room/tent rate may be subject to change without prior notice.

Important Note (Booking Cancellation Policy)
This property is government-owned and managed by the Eco-Tourism Development Society (ETDS). ETDS reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to government requirements, emergencies, technical or maintenance issues, or management decisions. Guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible; otherwise, they will be informed before check-in. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded within 15 days.
Admission Rights: Ujani Nature Education and Ecotourism Campsite management reserves the right of admission.
No-Plastic Zone: The campsite strictly prohibits the use of plastic within its premises and the sanctuary. Visitors are not allowed to bring plastic items and litter them in or around the campus. Violators will be penalized, and strict action will be taken against them.
Noise Policy: Loud music or noise is discouraged inside the premises. The use of radios, speakers (Bluetooth or mobile phones), especially in forest areas, is not permitted.
Respect for Wildlife: Visitors are requested not to tease animals or birds or make unnecessary noises that may harass them during their visit to the campsite.
Conservation of Flora: Plucking flowers or breaking leaves of plants or trees within the campsite or sanctuary is discouraged.
Action Against Offenders: Any person found violating the above rules may face strict action by the Forest Department. The campsite reserves the right to cancel bookings in such situations.
Payment Terms: Guests are required to pay the room charges mentioned above and settle the campsite online or offline bill using acceptable payment methods. Personal cheques are not accepted. Failure to settle the bill will make the guest personally liable. Guests authorize the ETDS to charge their Cash/UPI for any unsettled charges. In case of failed Cash/UPI payment, the guest agrees to pay the balance within 7 days of notification.
Responsibility for Damages: Guests accept full responsibility for any breakages, loss, or damage to the campsite premises or its contents caused by them or any person invited by them during their stay.
Compliance with Rules: Guests must ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and the house rules annexed in the service directory placed in the room.
Prohibited Substances: Guests are strictly prohibited from storing or consuming illicit substances and alcoholic beverages anywhere on the campsite premises. The campsite reserves the right to conduct surprise checks in room accommodations and report violations to local authorities. Guests will be personally liable for any violations of this rule.
